Acorn Woodpeckers (A friend and I went to the Wildlife Safari in Winston, OR. Ironically most of my favorite shots were of birds. They are so wonderful at this time of year with their best clothes on!)

Black and White Mist at Silver Falls (Our camera club had a planned photoshoot here and the club president and I went out on a scouting trip a few days ahead of time. Unfortunately the photoshoot got rained out so I didn't get to go back for some better shots)

Osprey Bringing Nesting Materials (This osprey nest is right off the road and sadly each year the pair builds a nest but never has babies in it. I was excited, however, to get a shot with both of them in focus and him with sticks in his beak)
