Just for fun I made a collage of some of my favorite images from 2016
Maura Looking good!
On a wonderful hike with Ysidro and his parents
Taken from near where we were staying in Cerritos, Mexico
Never seen one of these before
Can't hodld my camera with bird lens because of injured shoulder but needed a bird fix so I went back to some photos from the raptor center
Taken in the marina in La Paz, Mexico, from a boat with a point and shoot
Very rare bird...only seen in the Galapagos and La Paz. Taken from a boat with a point and shoot
Found on the ground in Cerritos, Mexico
Just look at his amazing rack. He and his 7 girl friends have been hanging around our yard
I was looking for a good sunset and was a bit disappointed, but it was nice to be out with my camera nonetheless

Yes, it really was this color. Actually Ilessened the saturation because it didn't look real. Taken in Todos Santos

Quite the amazing Hacienda. We wanted to look inside but were stopped by armed guards since we werent registered guests

InSanta Barbara on our hike with Ysidro and his parents
Another re edit of photo taken at Wildlife Safari
Taken in the marina in La Paz, Mexico, from a boat with a point and shoot
I really enjoyed watching the hula hooper and all the others enjoying the water and sunset in Santa Barbara
Taken in Cerritos, Mexico, close to where we stayed
We sure had fun
Just seemed like such a classic shot
we watched sitting a bit too hot in the sand as this hero ran up, up and up. He stood for a while and enjoyed the view all covered in sweat
I found it really hard to find any saguarros in a spot where they werent surrounded by underbrush

I just liked the patterns and textures
It had been so long since we'd seen much of the sun or a sunset, that Iwas delighted to have some while we were in Santa Barbara
It looked at home as if there would be a good sunset. I was planning to go South to shoot it, but when I got to Rte 101 there was nothing but marine layer yuck to the South, so I went North and was blessed
