Flicker 1 (I've been trying to photograph one of these for ages and spied it out the living room window. I picked up my camera and tried to go out quietly and it flew off. Thankfully it returned and my patience paid off...though it was very far away so this is extremely cropped)

Stairs (This turned out to be a therapy shot! I was feeling kind of blah- blue or in this case grey. When I fisrt saw this on the computer, I like dthe lines and textures but just decided to fiddle. I decided to bring in a poppy shot and add it to the stairs. I placed it lots of different places and then decided I liked this the best. After I got done, I noticed I no longer felt glum! The flower had cheered me up as well as the shot)
