pig rescue collage (What an adventure this was! we were sitting by the Bay drinking our morning coffee when we saw, not dolphins, but a feral pig swimming in the bay. He swam round and round and was clearly disoriented and looked as if he would soon drown. Every few minutes his head would be even lower in the water. Rainbow, an incredible swimmer, went out to try to rescue him. He originally swam away from her, so she got around behind him and acted like a shark in pursuit of hi. Suddenly the surf on the edge of the water didn't seem so terrifying and he swam out. My photos got put in the local paper andJim was interviewed for the story)

Redwinged_Blackbird_Before_and_After (The redwinged blackbirds were decimating the cat o nine tails that the hummers use for their nests. It only took about 5 minutes for the transformation of the cat tail to go from the left to the right)
