Watching the Milky Way and Crab Boats (I set up a cozy spot to watch the stars...a glass of wine, a candle, the Milky Way and Thou)

Wildwood Falls (A friend told us about this waterfall so we took a bit of a day trip. It is near Cottage Grove. What he didn't tell me is that I would have to risk my life to get down to a spot to photograph it! I didn't fall thankfully)

Around the Garden In the Fall (I couldn't resist going around our yard with my camera and then making a collage)

B and W Rainbow (I've not seen rainbows converted to black and white and the reason is obvious, but I kind of like it)

Big Waves (There were huge waves predicted for the day I got my booster shot. I wasn't up for going but I reedited a shot I took there a previous big wave time)

Cape Arago Milky Way (I had a plan for where I wanted to shoot the Milky Way but didn't take into consideration where the Milky Way would be at that time of night and year. Luckily I spoke to a local who told me where a good place to shoot would be, It was really windy but I had a great time)

Mosby Creek Bridge (Cottage Grove is famous for having lots of restored covered bridges. Here is one of the few that still lets cars drive through)

Mossy Woods (They seem like out of a children's book to me)

New Growth on the Path (After lots of rain, the grass is green again)

Pearl and Reflections (From our day trip enjoying the foliage that has been particularly beautiful this year)

Rainbow and Lighthouse (Same rainbow day enroute to the hike on the beach)

Sandbar Blocking the Outlet at Sunset (During a big storm last week, the ocean threw a big mound of sand such that the river that feeds Siltcoos Outlet was (still is) blocked. You now can walk across the river's mouth on the sand, as we did the next day after this shot)
