Last Night's Sunset
April, like the past many months, was rainy, rainy, rainy and when it wasn't raining the sky was blah overcast. This was an unexpected sunset that didn't give me time to get to a spot with a better composition

Lava Fire Hose
I didn't have time last month to get finished with processing my Hawaii shots so I'm posting the ones I got to later. Since that time it has tunneled and is forming another bench with smaller lava flows

Osprey Bringing Nesting Materials
This osprey nest is right off the road and sadly each year the pair builds a nest but never has babies in it. I was excited, however, to get a shot with both of them in focus and him with sticks in his beak

Osprey Holding His Talons Together with Textures
A friend and I drove to Seal Rock hoping for a good sunset. Unfortunately the sunset was a bit disappointing but we found an osprey nest with lots going on. I like his clasped talons
