I'm having a hard time figuring out what kind of hummingbirds are in Baja
We saw so many unfamilar plants in Baja...definitely a different growing environment than the Pacific Northwest!
As we walked to nearby restaurant for brunch
We were waiting for our brunch and saw these two cuties
This is from home. we were showing a friend our bat house and noticed this head popping out below the house
We took a beautiful morning hike in an arroyo
Seen from way above on the Fishermen's village hike
Seen from way above on the Fishermen's village hike
Seen from way above on the Fishermen's village hike
We saw so many unfamilar plants in Baja...definitely a different growing environment than the Pacific Northwest!
I think we found this on our arroyo hike
Seen in the cactus gardens on the arroyo hike
A reedit of an old phot to entertain me in the rain
A reedit of an old phot to entertain me in the rain
Cactus gardens hike
Seen from way above on the Fishermen's village hike
We were on cliff high above this looking for whales...only saw one of them but was treated to 15 minutes watching this sea turtle
Horrifying to think they used to catch them and can them. Ouch
We were on cliff high above this looking for whales...only saw one of them but was treated to 15 minutes watching this sea turtle
From the cactus garden hike
Back in Florence for more rain
Jim and I spent a night out at her new house...so wonderfully quiet

Another shot from the sea turtle processing plant ruins
Another shot from the sea turtle processing plant ruins
We saw so many unfamilar plants in Baja...definitely a different growing environment than the Pacific Northwest!
If you look carefully, it looks as if his beak is torn
From the road
Jim and Scott jabbering away
Using the sea turtle processing plant ruins as backdrop
Looking WAY down from fisherman's village hike
We saw so many unfamilar plants in Baja...definitely a different growing environment than the Pacific Northwest!

I'm not sure if it is an Allen's
I'm not sure if it is an Allen's
With Jasmine's new home in the background
Through marvelous cactus gardens
Looking West from Jas' house
On the arroyo hike
We saw so many unfamilar plants in Baja...definitely a different growing environment than the Pacific Northwest!
such an amazing environment

Sitting on thorns!
She now has solar electricity and water which she didn't have when we visited
